Alkalising Actions: Yoga-Asana, Pranayama (The Breathing Exercises), Meditation (With or Without the use of Mantras), Peaceful (Noise-Free) Atmosphere, Keeping Quiet (As मौन in Hindi!) for hours, Being kind and affectionate towards others, Visiting Religious Places (where positive energy may be felt – I have experienced it, and the Experience of doing Anulom Velom at such places can really be an Amazing One!).
Acidifying Actions: Excessive Physical or Mental work, Envy, Anger, Jealousy, Fear, Excessive Exposure to Media (TV, Computers), Over-Indulgence (i.e. Indulgence in Excessive Sexual Activity).
Acid Forming Diet – In the order of descending Strength:
Beef (and any Non-Veg for that matter, more so Red Meat), Artificial Sweeteners (Visit: Why Not To Use White Sugar), Drugs, Cigarettes, Carbonated Beverages (like Soft Drinks), White Flour (The course wheat flour is Nectar-Full of Fibrous Stuff, but When Crushed Fine, Loses all its Fibrous and Nutritional Properties, Sticks to Intestine Surfaces, leads to Production of Acidic Toxins in The Body), Excess Wine, Tea, Coffee, White Table Salt, White Bread, Refined Oils, Tomato Ketchup (Consume Fresh Tomatoes, or Make Fresh Ketchup at Home, Without use of Chemicals Laden Preservatives).
I can safely remark, that the entire above can only have a toxic effect on the body. Proceed back to nature, discard processed white salt (contains Aluminium Silicate – and Aluminium in any form is harmful for the body), discard polished stuff and so on. All These Have Unhealthy Acidifying Action on The Body.
