What Vitamin B-1 is: Vitamin B1 is B1 as this was the first Vitamin Discovered. B1 strengthens Body’s Immune System and its Ability to withstand-Respond to Stressful Condition. Also B1 is required by body to form ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate, a Nucleotide – Organic Molecule which eventually form DNA & RNA, and is responsible for transport of Energy within Cells). Rich Source of Vitamin-B1: DRV for adults is approximately 1.1+ mg/Day, but intake even upto 50 mg/Day is considered to be safe as per studies (!!).
